Description

B-U. S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries (NMFS) Fisheries Statistics and Economics, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the University of Maryland, Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics. To provide economic consulting services for Analysis of Marine Anglers' Expenditure Data for the Southeast/Gulf of Mexico and the West Coast. This will determined marine recreational anglers' expenditure data in the southeast/gulf of Mexico and on the West coast. This is a notice of intent, and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference 100027
