Description

B-U. S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Services (NOS) Special Projects, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Marine Habitats, Inc. Tallahassee, FL. To provide support for the socioeconomic monitoring program at the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. Support will be used for the pre and post sinking monitoring of the artificial and natural reefs surrounding the site where the Spiegel Grove Ship will be sunk as an artificial reef. This is a notice of intent, and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference 100033
