Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) VISTA PLUS ENTERPRISE Server Support (Quantity -- 1 each); (2) VISTA PLUS Web Enablement Server Support (Quantity -- 1 each); (3) VISTA PLUS Transvue Capture Support (Quantity -- 1 each); (4) VISTA PLUS Postscript Module Support (Quantity -- 1 each); (5) VISTA PLUS Named User Client Support (Quantity -- 1,000 each); (6) MONARCH VS for VISTA PLUS Support (Quantity -- 30 each); (7) VISTA PLUS Enterprise Server Non-production (Quantity -- 1 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Quest Software, 8001 Irvine Center Drive, Irvine, CA 92618 based on proprietary rights. Any firms believing that they can provide this maintenance may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later that 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to provide this service and clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
