Description

The Government anticipates entering into a sole source procurement with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Missiles and Fire Control -- Orlando, 5600 Sand Lake Road, MP-228, Orlando, Florida 32819-8907 to provide depot level repair and Contract Verification Team of TADS/PNVS components for support of the AH-64A aircraft. The basic period of performance shall be from 1 Jan 2002 through 31 Dec 2002. This requirement is under the authority and justification of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) based on the determination that th e Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
