Description

FISC hereby notifies all potential offerors that the current requirement is under A-76 study. The Government has been determined successful, however, the decision is currently under appeal. The need for this requirement is dependent upon the appeal decision. Should the decision be reversed, this procurement will be cancelled. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be distributed. Copies of the solicitation, which will be available on or after 21 August 2001, must be downloaded from www.neco.navy.mil.
