Description

This is an amendment to a synopsis for Dining Facility Attendant Services that was originally posted to the CBDNet on June 20, 2001. Award of a firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The anticipated base period of performance will be 1 Dec 01 through 30 November 02 with four one year option periods. Award will be based on best value. The NAICS code is 722310/$15 million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for SBA certified eligible 8(a) firms. Issue date of the solicitation is revised to 17 Au g 01. Site visit is anticipated for 7 Sep 01. Each offeror is limited to two (2) representatives. Eligible firms should contact Kevin Day at dayk@emh2.campbell.army.mil not later than 31 Aug 01 to confirm their and number of personnel to attend the site visit. Offerors may request a copy of the solicitation package by contacting Kevin Day at dayk@emh2.campbell.army.mil. The request should include the offeror s name, address, telephone and facsimile numbers and e-mail address. Solicitation will be sent on a CD ROM in Adobe Portable Document Reader format (PDF) with the exception of Section B, Bid Schedule, which will be sent in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet) format. All eligible, certified 8(a) concerns may submit a proposal that shall be considered. A ll other information contained in the original synopsis remains unchanged.
