Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency(DIA)is seeking sources capable of providing services to teach Government owned training material and update the courses as necessary. The two (2) courses to be taught and updated are Personnel Management for Supervisors for 5 iterations each year and for 4 days each and Introduction to DIA Civilian Personnel 6 iterations each year and for 3 days each. At least one member of the course development staff and one instructor, must hold a Top Secret/SCI level clearance or be eligible for the clearance with SCI access. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. Please indicate business size when requesting a copy of the RFP. All responses should reference PR 240/0001Z/02. This is an FY02 requirement and presently there are no funds available. The procurement will be for a base year and 2 one year option periods. This is the only notice that will be published for this procurement. Interested parties have 15 days from the publication of this synopsis to submit their request for a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) which shall be sent to the Virginia Contracting Activity, Attn: Sharon Stewart, P.O. Box 46563, Washington, DC 20050-6563 or faxed to Sharon Stewart at (202) 231-2831. Telephone request will not be accepted.
