Description

Project scope is to provide labor and material to place 4 concrete decks. One deck to have handicap egress ramp approximately 38' long and 6' wide and remaining 3 decks will have stair egresses ranging from 27" to 54" high with decorative metal handrail approximately 200' total length. Provide labor and material to cover 2 concrete decks with decorative roofs complete with clay tile (approximately 205 square feet). This project will also include approximately 390 square feet of 4" thick sidewalk. All work will be as shown on plans and as described in specifications. The construction cost for the project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. Total construction time shall be 30 days. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 30, 2001. Pre-bid site visit will be Wednesday, September 5, 2001, at 10:00 am. Meet at the modular building behind Building 7. Bid opening date will be on or about September 10, 2001.
