Description

Furnish all the labor, tools, materials, equipment, superintendence, transportation and disposal to renovate the existing Big Slough Boat Landing at the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge, McGregor District, Crawford County Wisconsin, near Lansing, Iowa on Wisconsin Highway 82. The project includes; removal of vegetation, upgrade circulation area; bituminous paving; pre-fabricated metal bench; construct and install exposed aggregate concrete walks, concrete curbs and gutter, 2,150 sq. foot concrete entry road at highway, transfer platform, double concrete boat ramp, kiosk, official notice board; rip rap; topsoil, seeding, trees and miscellaneous site signage/sign posts as specified and as shown on the drawings. The estimated magnitude of the construction is between $100,000. and $250,000. This procurement is part of the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is not set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification is 234990; The Small Business Size Standard is 27.5 Million.
