Description

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement to purchase replacement parts for meteorological monitoring equipment. These replacement parts are for an Aanderaa Instrument, no other parts and sensors are compatible with this existing instrumentation. THE USGS ANTICIPATES AWARDING THE PURCHASE ORDER TO AANDERRA INSTRUMENTS; this contractor is the manufacturer and sole distributor of this product. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; no formal RFQ will be available. This award will be made on or about 27 August 2001, under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $100,000,00. Any Vendors who manufactures or distributes Aanderaa Instruments are invited to provide an affirmative response to this notice by faxing capability statement to the CO at 703-648-7901. All responses must be received in this office within 10 calendar days from the date this publication first appears. All responses must be in writing, no telephone requests will be accepted.
