Description

The Army intends to award for a fully automated financial Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) payment system tointerface with the Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS). All information in the original pre-solicitation notcie for this action remains unchanged except as provided herein. The issue date for the solicitation has been extended to 14 September 2001 with receipt of proposals due thirty days after issuance on 16 October 2001. The solicitation may be viewed or downloaded after the date of issuance at http://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil.
