Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (Detachment New Orleans, Louisiana) intends to increase the ceiling of an existing contract number N00024-01-C-6110 awarded to PeopleSoft USA, Inc. for additional training and consultant services. PeopleSoft USA, Inc. competed for this contract and is curently providing the Software that is being taught to the trainers. PeopleSoft USA, Inc. consultants have already been integrated into the Defense Integrated Military Human Resource System (DIMHR's) program and if this work was awarded to a new firm, valuable time would be lost that the current accelerated schedule will not support. This increase in work will in no way effect the RFP to be issued for the DIMHR's Development requirement. The contract increase will result in an additional $398,003.00 for training and $3,600,000.00 for consulting hours to be used over the life of the contract. The total contract price will increase from $124,995,646.00 by: $3,998,003.00 to a new total contract ceiling of $128,993,649.00. See Note 22
