- Description
- The U.S. Army CECOM seeks services of a Baby's First Program Coordinator to develop, coordinate and administer the program. The Program coordinator will administer a comprehensive program designed to promote all aspects of pre and perinatal support to the Army Community Service (ACS) and on the Installation. The Program Coordinator will act as subject matter expert and consultant, give parents information, educate and help families identify and use community resources. Operate a comprehensive program located at the Fort Monmouth, N. J. Services Center, Building 812 Murphy Drive, Fort Monmouth, NJ. Services will be on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) for the period of 01 Oct 2001 through 30 Sep 2002 and will include three one-year options. Offeror must have knowledge of the Department of the Army policy governing the ACS program and a wide variety of social service agencies for referral of soldiers and family members. Basic knowledge of all ACS programs offered; Consumer Affairs and Financial Assistance Program, Relocation Assistance Program, Installation Readiness, Family Advocacy, Family Member Employment Assistance, Family Support Program, Volunteer Outreach Program.
