- Description
- The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Homeless Programs Branch, Division of Knowledge Development and Systems Change (DKDSC), through the ADP Acquisitions Branch, Program Support Center (PSC) intends to award a sole source acquisition to Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. (AHPI) in Delmar, NY. The purpose of this requirement is to convert training and technical assistance to Web-based formats. Projects for Assistance in the Transition from Homelessness (PATH) is a formula grant program administered by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). This requirement will create an additional, broader-based approach to the information and tools made available to PATH providers throughout the States and Territories. The Contractor will be convert current and new technical assistance materials into Internet-based learning activities. This includes recording and developing training, conference and technical assistance content into Web based formats. This requirement is for a 12 month period of performance. This proposed requirement for which the Government intends to solicit only one source is under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested concerns may identify their interest and submit a capability statement that demonstrates their ability to provide the services required. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. No competitive solicitation package is available; therefore, requests for such document will be considered invalid responses. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative responses are received, the Contracting Officer will proceed to issue a purchase order to AHPI. All responses must be in writing and refer to 01M008971 to the attention of Diane Coger. See Note 22. NAICS 541990 ($5 million)
