Description

Annualized contract for the production of 3-part, 4-part, 5-part, and 6-part optical scanned forms printing in up to two colors, and a 6-part form non-OCR form printing in black only. Estimated 35-40 orders per year, most placed in the months of November through January. All products are snap set forms with a stub on the 11", detached size either 8 or 8-1/2 x 11", requiring such operations as reproduction from government furnished pdf electronic mechanicals, printing in one and two colors, binding, labeling, packing, and distribution to up to 15 destinations. From 25,000 to 1,200,000 sets per order. 15 workday schedule from pdf transmission to receipt at destinations. Do not attempt to bid without complete specifications.
