Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is SP4700-01-T-0056. The solicitation is used as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those if effect through FAC 97-24. This solicitation is not a set-aside. The NAICS code is 611430. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has a requirement to provide a class for Federal Resume/KSA Writing Workshops. The cost will include training fee and materials for a maximum of 100 participants. The contractor will provide four (4) eight (8) hours workshops. Two (2) will be for GS-8 and below and two (2) workshops for GS-9 and above. Workshops will be scheduled for various times from October 2001 through September 2002. Training will be on-site in the McNamara Complex, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-6221. Audiovisual equipment is required to perform this training. Workshops are provided through EEOC Regulation 29 C.F.R. 1614 and Executive Orders regarding Special Emphasis Programs by promoting career enhancement and EEO awareness for all employee at the McNamara complex. Vendor will invoice after each workshop. This is a small business set aside. Commercial clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 are incorporated by reference in this announcement.
