In addition, please provide the following company information to Ms. White via the above email address: point of contact, phone number, fax number, email address, and a mailing address without a post office box for delivery of packages by Federal Express, if necessary. Questions/comments on the Request for Proposals to be considered for response at the Pre-Proposal Conference should be submitted in writing on company letterhead, via email, no later than 2:00 p.m., August 20, 2001.
