Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Ref no FU070112050100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). One (1) each P/N AN/PRC-117F, multiband, multimission manpack radio, it provides continuous frequency coverage from 30 512 mhz, while offering embedded comsec, satcom and eccm capabilities. Features: -- embedded comsec (ky-57, andvt/kyv-5, kg-84c and fascinator) interoperability, -- mil-std-188-181 satcom modem, -mil-std-188-182 narrowband (5khz) dama satcom, -mil-std-188-183 wideband (25 khz) dama satcom, -singars eccm interoperability, -advaced key management, including crypto ignition key (cik) capability, -multiple standard data interfaces (rs-232e, mil-std-188-114a, rs-422) ?full remote control capabitlity ? built in test (bit), -- software driven, modular architecture. The an/prc-117f is fully compatible with the tsec/ky-57 and the andvt/kyv-5 in voice and data modes. It is compatible with the fascinator equipment in voice mode and the kg-84c in data mode. Transmit and receive sark operations are fully supported for each comsec interoperability mode. The radio supports both ds-101 and ds-102 fill interface and all common fill devices (kyk-13, koi-18, kyk-15, dtd). Includes: 10513-4800-02 battery box, 10369-0205 dual-band vhf/uhf manpack antenna, this dual-band antenna is a 13-inch (33cm) long, 1.25-inch (3.2cm) diameter, vhf/uhf (90 to 512 mhz) antenna with a swivel base. 10512-0201-01 manpack blade antenna, the 10512-0201-01 is a manpack blade antenna, 48-inch (1.2m) and consists of a blade antenna and adjustable gooseneck base. 10075-1399 lightweight handset, 10511-0704-012 ca assy, kdu extension. One (1) each P/N 10535-0780-A006, synchronous DTE Data, One (1) each P/N RF-3080-AT001, UHF SATCOM antenna set, 240 to 400 MHz, Warranty-BP, 5-year extended warranty on R/T, and One (1) P/N TNG-BP, 8-hour PRC-117F operator training at customer location: March ARB, CA 92518.
