Description

It is intended to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract to Instruments, Inc. San Diego, CA to fabricate, assemble, test and deliver two (2) IPS units in accordance with the IPS Performance Specification. Instruments, Inc. was the designer/manufacturer of the Engineering Development Model (EDM). It is essential that the functionality of the new units be identical to the EDM units; the units must be completely compatible.
