- The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a purchase order to Wireless Products Group for twenty (20) PCS upgrades for Loggerhead. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been certified, verified and approved for Wireless Products Group. This requirement will be accomplished through the new Simplified Acquisition rules under FAR 13 dated December 1, 1994. No solicitation is available. Closing date is August 31, 2001.
