101811P180, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a single source contract to Ducks Unlimited in Honolulu, Hawaii in a cost share effort for the creation of waterfowl habitat to benefit Hawaii's four endangered waterbirds and the endangered nene geese as well as migratory shorebirds and waterfowl through management of fresh wetlands.
