Furnish all labor and materials to install an air conditioning system on the second floor in Building 408 at the VA Medical Center in Dayton, OH. This shall include a new chiller and all associated piping and ductwork for the building. Estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS code 235110, $27.5 Million. This solicitation is full and open competition. Interested bidders must submit requests for documents in writing to the Contracting Officer shown above and accompanied by a $50.00 non-refundable check made out to VA Medical Center Agent Cashier.
