Description

Work consits of asphalt pavement installation or repair; milling of pavements, demolition of pavements, excavation and grading, installation of storm drains and headwalls, installation or repair of base course, grading and compaction of sub-base and asphalt pavement, concrete driveways and sidewalks, segmental concrete block walls, marking of pavements, topsoil and grassing. This will be an IDIQ contract with a base year and one (1) option year. The government reserves the right to exercise the option. The estimated contract magnitude for this acquisition is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The proposed procurement is restricted to HUBZone Small Businesses. This procurement will be awarded on a Best Value Basis. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquistion is 234110. It is anticipated that the solicition will be issued electronically on or about 30 Aug 01 on the FedBizOpps web site at http://eps.satx.disa.mil. Paper copies will not be available. You mist register on the site in order to receive notification of changes in the solicitation.
