Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, supervision and materials to perform all necessary work required to complete project no. 646-01-102A entitled, "Paint Water Tower", at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, H.J. Heinz III, Aspinwall Division, Delafield Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15215. Work includes, but is not limited to, the preparation of all surfaces, painting, and testing of the exterior and interior of the elevated water tank. Work also includes the replacement of portions of the cathodic protection system. Work shall includes the replace of portions of the cathodic protection system. Work shall be performed in accordance with all VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System codes, standards, rules, regulations and other specified requirements. The NAICS code is 233320 and the size standard is $27.5 million. Estimated cost range: $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. Solicitation package will be available o/a August 26, 2001.
