Description

Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials in performing all operations in connection with Renovating Dormitory 1430 & 1431, Maxwell AFB, AL in accordance with specifications and drawings. The work consists of, but is not limited to the following: Demolish and remove existing two-pipe HVAC system. Provide new four-pipe HVAC system; provide new fire protection sprinkler system; provide a public access ADA compliant restroom on the first floor of each dormitory; upgrade interior finishes, plumbing, and electrical service as required; provide new pitched roof canopy and dormer; and provide new EIS to the exterior. All requests from interested parties shall reference RFP # F01600-01-R-A004 and contain the following information: name, address, telephone, fax and DUNS numbers, point of contact and email address. Interested offerors must ensure they are registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil or http://ccr.edi.dis.mil in order to receive consideration for award of any resulting contract award. The magnitude of this solicitation is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The proposed project listed is being considered as unrestricted.
