- Notice is provided of the intention for the U. S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center/Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (USA ERDC/CRREL) to issue a sole source, firm fixed-price contract for commercial items with NELINET of Southborough, MA under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1). This contract will be for research library services that include, but are not limited to, obtaining library documents, photocopies, printed copies, periodicals, journals and other library services needed for ERDC/CRREL research.
