Description

The Ohio Army National Guard intends to advertise with The Ohio State Buckeyes Radio Sports Network. The proposed contract action for services that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Ohio National Guard is not seeking graphic designers. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 3 days after date of publication of this synopsis. All responsible sources may submit a quote, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Telephone or facsimile proposals are not accepted. Only written proposals directly from the proposer will be accepted.
