Description

The purpose of this modication is to inform potential offerors that a CDROM or Zip disk containing an electronic copy of its full proposal, in either Microsoft WOrd (doc) format or in Adobe Acrobat (pdf)format, should be enclosed in the package with the haed copy (paper) copies of the full proposal submitted to ONR. All other information, including the end date for Full Proposals, remains unchanged.
