Description

The U. S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command plans to negotiate with TADIRAN, Electronic Systems Ltd. 29 Hamerkava Street, Israel on a sole source basis for effort entitled, Israeli Testbed. Effort will provide for a twelve-month continuation of enh ancements, operation and maintenance, and experimentation and support of the Israeli Testbed (ITB). The enhancements effort will provide improvements to the current capabilities of the ITB to support experiments. The operations and maintenance effort inc ludes configuration management of the software, and maintenance of the ITB computer hardware, software and facilities. The experimentation and support effort includes ITB experiment planning, execution and analysis. See Note 22.
