AT THAT TIME THIS PRE-QUAL NOTICED WAS CLASSIFIED AS: T -- PHOTOGRAPHIC, MAPPING, PRINTING AND PUBLICATION SERVICES. THE FOLLOWING IS A DUPLICATE OF THE AUGUST 13, 2001 PRE-QUALIFICATION PACKAGE. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT THIS RELEASE IS BEING RE-CLASSIFIED AS: D -- INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SVCS, INCLUDING TELECOMMUNICATION SVCS.
