Description

This Mechanical shredding project, located on the Groveland Ranger District, Stanislaus National Forest, consists of thinning trees and removing brush in plantations and natural stands. The area consists of approximately 622 acres located throughout the Hamm/Halsoe burn area. The estimated contract time is 265 days. The estimated start work date is september 20, 2001. CHANGE THE APPROXIMATE 622 ACRES TO 174 ACRES, AND THE ESTIMATED CONTRACT TIME FROM 265 DAYS TO 40 DAYS.
