- The proposed acquisition is 100% set-aside under the Small Business Program. The contractor shall provide healthcare provider credentialing and verification services for the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service in accordance with the Solicitation RFP 868. The solicitation package will be available on Thursday, August 30, 2001 at Two Renaissance Square, 40 N. Central Ave, Suite 507, Phoenix, AZ 85004.
