- Description
- It is the intent of the Specialized Information Services (SIS), National Library of Medicine (NLM) to negotiate on a sole source basis with Cyber Dialogue, Inc., 304 Hudson Street, 4th Floor, New York, New York, for the Site Intercept Survey of the National Library of Medicine's TOXNET website. Specifically, the vendor will (1) develop a questionnaire including software set-up and technical support, and (2) perform data collection and analysis. The vendor will also pretest the questionnaire with a random sample of site users, perform validity checks, compare benchmarking with Cybercitizenhealth and provide conclusions and recommendations. Cyber Dialogue has over 7 years of extensive experience in in-depth randomized consumer surveys focusing specifically on online health information users. Cyber Dialogue also provides website visitor profiling, website competitive analysis with an online panel and nationwide in-depth randomized consumer surveys with a specific focus on online health information users and with benchmarking of visitor profiling and competitive analysis against the nationwide survey. Previously, Cyber Dialogue prepared and performed over 1,000 site intercept surveys for the NLM on its Medlineplus website. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisitions Procedures) This is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ), nor is an RFQ available, however, all responsible and responsive sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the NLM. Firms interested in responding to this notice must be able to provide software as specified above. Responses should demonstrate the firm's ability to meet the government's requirements.
