Description

R-Mail Out Services See Note 1 Contractor shall provide all material, tool, employees, transportation and supervision to pick-up, meter , presort and deliver to a United States Postal Service mail from the VA Medical Center, 1500 N. Westwood Blvd, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901. This is a 100 percent set aside for small business. This solicitation is restricted to all business within a 100 mile radius of the VA Medical Center, Poplar Bluff, MO. Contract will be for a base plus 4 option years. Request for solicitation documents shall be submitted in writing by fax to 913-758-6495 or by e-mail to bruce.johnson@med.va.gov Provide request on company letterhead with an email address, a point of contract and a working phone number and FAX number in your request. NO PHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED. Solicitation documents will be provided by email or by mail on or about August 28, 2001.
