Description

R-Pest Control See Note 1 Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to provide integrated pest management services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Poplar Bluff, MO in accordance with contract specifications. Proposals will be considered only from contractors who are regularly established in the business called for and who are financially responsible and have the necessary equipment and personnel to furnish service required. Contract covers a period of one(1) year October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 and may be extended for four(4) additional years, subject to the availability of funds. Request for solicitation documents shall be submitted in writing by fax to 913-758-6495 or by e-mail to bruce.johnson@med.va.gov Provide request on company letterhead with an email address, a point of contract and a working phone number and FAX number in your request for solicitation documents.
