Description

R -- The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service, Office of Environmental Health & Engineering, intends to negotiate a non personal services contract for Community Water Flouridation Coordinator. The contractor (upon award) shall be responsible for promotion of Community Water Flouridation and coordination of appropriate activities related to community water flouridation in the Phoenix Area. Travel to various reservations is required. The RFQ-518 will be available for mailing/issuance on August 22, 2001. Closing date for quotes is September 11, 2001.
