Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/service prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F09609-01-Q-0028 is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-18. Dobbins Air Reserve Base, (Marietta) Georgia is soliciting for Vans. CLIN 0001: Two 2001/2 15 Passenger Vans E-350 Club Wagon (NO SLIDING DOORS) for 12 month lease beginning 1 Oct thru 30 Sep 02 at Dobbins ARB GA. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this procurement is 7513; size standard $18.5. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside and will follow simplified acquisition procedures in FAR Part 13. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items, shall apply along with Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Evaluation of quotes will be in accordance with FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, and based on price and technical evaluation of product information furnished with the quote. Quotes shall include a completed copy of FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, shall apply with addenda DFARS 252.232-7009, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (CCR). Far clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, shall be incorporated into any contract resulting from this notice. Applicable clauses cited in 52.212-5 are 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.225-3 and 52.222-41, as well as Department of Labor Wage Determination 94-2133 (Rev 18) dated 09/14/2000.
