Description

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Western Regional Office, Branch of Facilities Management, seeks construction/roofing firms to provide and install new pre-engineered Welding Program Facility building on existing Hopi High School site; Remove and replace existing single-ply roof, Building 800; Remove existing Built-up roofs at Quarters buildings and install single-ply membrane throughout; Renovate existing Facilities Management Building 801; miscellaneous mechanical repairs and equpment, at the Hopi Junior/Senior High School, Keams Canyon, Navajo County, Arizona. The buildings will be occupied during school year. Firm must be certified under the Roofing Materials Manufacturer as an approved applicator. Estimated price range: $500,000 to $1,000,000.
