Description

Work to be performed at the USDA-APHIS, Plant Protection and Quarantine Methods Development Lab, Otis Air National Guard Base, Massachusetts. Work includes full-depth pavement in selected areas of the parking lot and the rear of building 1398; transporting a standby emergency generator from on-base storage to building 1398; perform all necessary work to connect emergency generator for operation; construct stairs, handicap ramp and loading dock for building 1365. All work to be done in accordance with the plans and specifications. Estimated construction cost is between $250,000 -- $500,000.
