Description

243 ROAD REPAIRS on the Nez Perce National Forest, Idaho County, Idaho; Work consists of repairing the Bituminous surfacing at designated areas from M.P. 1.6 to M.P. 5.43 on Forest Development Road (FDR) #243 (Free Use Road). This includes removal and disposal of unsuitable materials, applying geotextile, replacing unsuitable material with aggregate from an existing stockpile and applying bituminous surfacing on the repaired areas. Location of Project: From White Bird, Idaho on old Highway 95, proceed approximately 2 miles to the junction of FDR #243, thence 1.6 miles on the 243 road to the beginning of the project. Contract time is 90 calendar days. Estimated start work is July 1, 2002. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ R1-17-01-025 is issued as a Request For Quotations.
