Description

The Portland District intends to place an order with West Coast Specialties, 11733 SE 40th Ave, Milwaukie, OR for four (4) hydraulic power units. Two (2) units are Filling Tainter Valves, Two (2) are Emptying Tainter valves. Statutory authority for other than full and open competition exists at 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) & FAR 6.302-1. Firms that recognize and can furnish the required supplies are encouraged to identify themselves to the contracting officer for consideration in future quotations.
