This modification to RFQ 541-088-01 Wet Skin Prep Trays is to clarify the manner in which responses to solicitation will be accepted. Fax responses shall be accepted. However, to be considered responsive, all required certifications, the sample tray, and your quote are to be received by August 23, 2001 on or before 4:30 p.m.
