- Description
- Notice of Intent To Make A Sole Source Award To Marconi Medical System for service agreement on Picker Prism Nuclear Cameras. Notice of intent to make a sole source award to Marconi Medical Systems for full service on Picker Prism Nuclear Cameras. See Numbered Note 22. Marconi shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and labor required to maintain the following government owned equipment listed in this solicitation in operating order in accordance with all manufacturer's specifications for the period of October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. Picker Prism 2000 XP Nuclear Camera/Serial # 649/ LN# 35-46670. Picker Prism 3000 Nuclear Camera/Serial # 185/ LN# 35-03292 Equipment is located at John L. McClellan Veterans Memorial Hospital, 4300 West 7th, Little Rock, AR 72205. These requirements and specifications are to include (on site when possible) the complete servicing but not limited to the following to assure the equipment is maintained and performs in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Labor to include troubleshooting, repairs, parts replacement for unscheduled, emergency, and preventive maintenance. Replace all worn, damaged, or spent parts with original manufacturer's replacement parts (new or warranted). Scheduled preventive maintenance to be performed in October and January of each contract period and shall include but not be limited to: technical inspection, cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, calibrating, and replacing all worn, damaged, or expendable parts in accordance with manufacturer's recommended preventive maintenance guidelines, Federal, State, and Local regulations. Marconi Medical System must provide documented proof of qualifications (i.e. manufacturer's training or prior experience of equipment covered by the contract). Marconi Medical System must be in possessions of all technical service manuals including schematics, calibrations procedures etc. Marconi Medical System must provide at no additional charge all software updates, upgrades, and patches as offered by OEM. Marconi Medical System must be in possession of all specialized test equipment needed to perform all maintenance in accordance with appropriate service manuals See Note "22"
