Description

CORRECTION TO NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. As announced on August 17, 2001, the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) facility in Morgantown, WV has a requirement to purchase oliogonucleotide primers, fluorescent labeling kits and printing of custom glass microarrays. The government intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Clontech Laboratories, Inc., Palo Alto, CA for the reasons stated in the prior notice. This modification is issued to change the response due date. The original text stated responses were due within 7 days after issue of the notice while the general information section showed an incorrect response date of Sep 27, 2001. Organizations who believe they can provide the products stated shall have until August 31, 2001, to respond and express their capabilities.
