Description

F41636-01-T-C0369 -- This is an OPEN MARKET, (100% restricted to small business), synopsis for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in the solicitation. The synopsis is issued for quotes (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes/offers will not be considered), for solicitation. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: Office 2000 Professional, (Microsoft PN 26902185), 32 Each, (for upgrade of Office 97 software) FOB: Destination. Offerors must complete Representations and Certifications if not already on file with this office, and must be registered in the Government CCR Program. Award will be based on conformance to the conditions of the requirement, evaluation of price, responsibility of offeror, and the overall best value to the Government, in terms of, price delivery, and special features. Quotes must be received no later than 4:00PM (CST), 14 Sep 2001, with acceptance to be valid for 30 days. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.
