Description

Purchase, installation, and maintenance of the Telepath Interactive Voice Response system. Includes: Telepath server (Pentium III 866, 9.1GB HD, 512MB RAM, 56K modem NIC, Windows NT, 15" VGA, CD Rom, 1.44 Floppy, PC Anywhere), HP Tape Back Up system, 10 Port Voice Processing Hardware, 10 Port Telepath System License, System Project Management, System Design and Specifications, Telepath IVR programming USAF Modules, Oracle/Telepath database integration, Telephone PBX/Central Office Integration, On site installation, testing and training. A sole-source purchase is expected from Franks Solutions Inc, Englewood CO. All responsible, responsibe bidders are invited to submit bids for this system or an equivalent system. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. All bids must be received in writing by the closing date. Late bids will not be accepted.
