- It is the Government's intent to acquire on a sole source basis from MOCON, Minneapolis, MN., 1 EA PERMATRAN-W 3/31 Module Master with two days of application training. The MG Module is a replacement component in an existing system that is being used for laboratory testing. Oral quotation will be requested. FOB Destination.
