Description

Interruptible natural gas supplier needed for the U.S. Soldiers and Airmens Home Estimated usage: 1,900,000 therms Delivery Charges: Clean Air Act: The contractor shall provide 100% of the U.S. Soldiers and Airmens Home (USSAH) naturalgas requirements for the contract period of 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002. There shall be no minimum or maximum volume commitments on the part of the buyer. The only buyer obligation is to purchase 100% of its natural gas requirements from the contractor. All prices quoted shall reflect delivery to the citygate facilities of the delivering utility and are exclusive of applicable utility charges and taxes.
