Description

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Austin Automation Center (AAC), Austin, TX intends to negotiate sole source with MicroFocus (formerly a division of Merant) for Revolve Enterprise Edition Software, software maintenance, and optional on-site consulting and training for the software. The award will be made as a commercial acquisition under FAR Part 12. Maintenance support includes providing updates and enhancements to the software, and providing reasonable technical support for one year. This is not a request for proposals. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will not be acknowledged. If one is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. The determination to open competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
