Description

The Commander requires all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to perform the services described herein including but not limited to fill the requirements of task orders issued by the Contracting Officer. Work to be completed by means of an indefinite quantity type contract. The indefinite quantity contract to provide and secure installation, maintenance, and repair to the steam distribution systems and other incidental related work in industrial, administrative, and residential areas. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. This solicitation is for a base period of one year with options to extend for an additional period of one to twelve months not to exceed thirty-six (36) months. The applicable North American Industry Classification is 235110, size standard $11.5. This solicitation is unrestricted. This Invitation for Bid will be posted on or about 21 September 2001. Estimated bid opening shall be at least 30 days after the IFB is posted to the E-sol web site.
